Before you attend your appointment we would like to ask you to:
Wash your hands before leaving your location
Bring a face covering (if not exempt – please tell us if you are)
Make sure you or someone you live with doesn’t have any Covid-19 symptoms
Attend your appointment no sooner than 5 minutes before
Bring your own pen
Bring a contactless debit/credit card if possible
Ensure you have been to the toilet before you attend (practice toilets will only be available in an emergency)
Please attend alone unless a carer/pare/guardian is necessary
All of these measures are to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
