Whilst we are open as usual, we are in a National lockdown and must adhere to the rules. We would appreciate it if you could read the following before attending your appointment.
Please take care when attending the practice as we are trying to keep you and our staff safe.

Before you attend your appointment we would like to ask you to:
Wash your hands before leaving your location
Bring a face covering (if not exempt – please tell us if you are)
Make sure you or someone you live or bubble with doesn’t have any Covid-19 symptoms
Attend your appointment no sooner than 5 minutes before
Bring your own pen
Bring a contactless debit/credit card if possible
Ensure you have been to the toilet before you attend (practice toilets will only be available in an emergency)
Please attend ALONE unless a carer/pare/guardian is necessary
Please attend with minimal personal belongings
All of these measures are to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
